You will have: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Digital PR & Outreach, ideally working within an agency : Experience in brainstorming campaign ideas and story ideas for clients using data and creative approaches, and experience seeing these campaigns through to execution : Having a demonstrable ability to pitch stories to journalists with proven experience in securing coverage : Ability to build strong relationships with key journalists and influencers : Understanding of digital marketing, digital PR, social organic and top-level understanding of SEO : Strong copywriting skills. You’ll be passionate about the quality of your work and boast a meticulous attention to detail. Experience with media monitoring tools and SEO monitoring tools is a bonus but not essential
You’ll have at least one year of experience in a very SEO-focused role, with agency experience as a bonus : You keep yourself up to date with developments in the SEO industry : You have a strong sense of initiative and responsibility – you can self-motivate without micromanagement and are driven to do an excellent job to the deadlines you’ve set : You work well in a small team : You have a solid grasp of technical SEO principles : You have experience writing / optimising content for SEO and putting together a content strategy and plan : You have experience using GA, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, and a range of SEO tools to analyse performance against your account and understand the impact your work has made : You know how to apply performance impact and explain how this results in a change to your strategy.
