The Leeds based SaaS company highlights major client wins, including Magnet CKS and John Lewis of Hungerford with many more due to come online soon as a cornerstone for their success.

Retention and growth within existing household names such as Homebase, American Golf, Bathstore and Kutchenhaus has also enabled the business to maintain and increase its upward trajectory.

Anthill specialise in CRM, Process Management and Automation with a technology that focuses on organising how companies and their customers interact.

Working with leading retailers for over 12 years, Anthill have continuously evolved the way in which the CRM and workflow features provide unparalleled control and visibility for their clients.

Speaking on behalf of Anthill, Founder and CEO John Endeacott (pictured) said …

“This year we have continued our drive to add further value for our customers with major new features such as a dashboard builder and order management capabilities amongst many others.

I’m thrilled that this, coupled with our passion to deliver an amazing and proactive customer service, has resulted in a record year.

For many companies considering a digital transformation, now is a great time to make those improvements. Remote working and disparate teams have highlighted the need for true control and visibility of operations. Due to the highly customisable nature of our product, making the jump has never been as straightforward, evident in our average setup time of 5 weeks for a full customer journey transformation.

We are extremely excited with our product road map for 2021, with game-changing new features planned that will provide national retailers and independents alike with the further powers to digitise their unique business processes. “

Magnet CKS Managing Director, Mark Hughes commented, “Anthill has played a pivotal role in our recent merger and is fast becoming a fundamental part of our business. Throughout our experience, the Anthill team have always gone the extra mile with incredible responsiveness, consistently tailoring the technology to our needs”.

With plans to grow the team across development, customer success and sales in the first half of the year, this Yorkshire success story looks set to continue its exciting progress.
