The right person for the job will have digital experience, most likely in an agency environment. It goes without saying that you’ll be ‘people person’ - we need someone who is able to endear themselves to clients and colleagues alike. Previous experience managing web builds would be a distinct advantage. It would also help if you are familiar with all the usual project management tools e.g. Trello, Slack, Basecamp. That said, if you already use other tools that could be used effectively, we’re definitely open to hearing about them.
You will be a knowledgeable technical person, ideally with relevant certification who works with colleagues and customers to deliver high quality production systems in either managed service or professional service (project) capacities. You will have experience with enterprise level databases and infrastructure, competent in a scripting language/tool such as PowerShell, Puppet, Docker or equivalent. You will have a customer centric approach and will be focused on delivering the right outcome for each of our customers.
