We’re looking for freelance suppliers who have creativity coursing through their veins, but in particular experience (and a touch of flair) in the following areas: Digital strategy, Advertising planning, Design (of all kinds), Art work, Creative producing and Copywriting. We're looking for talent and availability, first and foremost – but also a strong portfolio that demonstrates relevant work and commercial experience. We’ll need you or your team to join workshops and working sessions at our Head Office in Leeds city centre. You’ll be organised, reliable and able to pick up briefs – sometimes at short notice – and work on projects that could last anything from a few days to several weeks. We’ll need your ideas, innovation and creative brain to provide innovative and fresh solutions, but also your punctuality to work with stakeholders and your ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications Essential: • Graduate calibre or qualified by experience • Relevant Professional Certifications Essential experience and skills include: Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices Powershell Guru Advanced experience with Configuration Management Tools/Technologies - SCCM, DSC Orchestration Tools Some exposure to Cloud Technologies (Azure) Solid understanding of server and storage tiered architectures (physical and virtual)

Key Tasks: Provide 1st Line support and fault resolution. Handle in-bound alert and call. Capture prescribed info. Perform scripted run-books for repeatable fixes or requests. Follow the agreed engineering practices. Maintain assets across the Call Credit estate. Follow security and currency standards. Log and investigate problems and incidents via the agreed ITSM toolset. Escalate to 2nd Line support.
