Arbor’s Management Information System (MIS) is currently used by over 1,000 schools, helping staff save time whilst improving student outcomes. Key Skills and Experience required: 5+ years experience delivering large, complex projects - Full project lifecycle experience - Agile & Prince2 qualified, with experience of embedding good practice - Management of multiple projects & other project managers.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in English, Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar - A year’s experience in a similar role - Excellent English writing skills - Experience using HubSpot - An understanding of SEO and an eye for detail - Proven ability in creating or commissioning compelling content - Knowledge of all relevant marketing tools is desirable (e.g., webinar software, landing page creators, social insight tools, web analytics, email marketing, automation, CRM & CMS etc.) - Top-notch communication (face-to-face, email, phone and Microsoft Teams) - A love of technology and the ability to understand technical details is essential.

About you: 3+ years experience training in an educational setting. Relevant background in the education sector. We are looking for people who are familiar with the terminology, processes within a school setting. Driving license required. Ability to understand and articulate technology to a range of individuals, including non-technical users. Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential. Have a positive approach to learning new things, troubleshoot potential issues and help provide solutions. Friendly, eager to get stuck in and always willing to help. About you: Comfortable with the pace and pressure of a sales environment. Proven good eye for detail, particularly numbers and large data sets. Desirable: Experience using off-the-shelf and bespoke software- ERP/CRM/SQL based systems. Knowledge of Pipedrive, Chargebee or Gainsight a benefit. University Degree: not essential, work experience would be preferable for this entry role, so either an analytical degree or 18mths Work Experience. Desire to gain experience in a business that continues to grow rapidly. Can demonstrate having worked independently.

You love data and use it to make informed decisions. You have knowledge and experience using product management software such as Jira, Figma, Productboard and Slite plus frameworks such as RICE. You have implemented agile working practices in to distributed teams. You’re a great communicator with an ability to persuade and provide compelling rationale for decisions. You can change tact where needed; adjusting strategy to deliver results. You’re comfortable talking about UX and UI when challenged by stakeholders.
