Some of the essential requirements for this post are: Experience using design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, OmniGraffle, Sketch, Balsamiq or Axure Demonstrated experience in scoping (project estimation), planning and delivering UX projects for a range of systems, apps and digital interfaces Demonstrated experience creating key deliverables such as detailed user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and UI design for complex systems, web and mobile applications

The team is expanding rapidly so we are looking to hire User Experience Designers to work on projects from discovery through to delivery. SPARCK builds business solutions using agile methods and digital technologies by working with senior leaders to shape and form strategies and solutions, test out innovative ideas efficiently, and ultimately help clients realise new business value. You will be responsible for creating and improving the user experience for our clients, helping to shape the end solutions and products so that they are intuitive and designed with the end-user in mind.

Our unique selling point (USP) is that, unlike many newly formed digital agencies, our digital and transformation consulting is based on more than 20 years of hard-earned experience delivering enterprise scale solutions using agile delivery methods. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a small and growing team. The successful candidate will, therefore, be expected to help shape the User Experience capability area.

At SPARCK, we believe that diversity and inclusion are at the heart of the creativity and innovation we deliver for our clients.
