To continue our on-going expansion, we are growing our UK wide Infinity Works Talent function, that embodies expertise, efficiency, collaborative working and delivery.

Our Talent team has the focus and speed of an agency, combined with the quality and values that are embedded within every level at Infinity Works.

Working in a proactive and fast paced environment, you’ll be a self-starter passionate about identifying, sourcing and attracting both active and passive candidates & nurturing effective internal and external working relationships.

With a proven background in direct and proactive recruitment within a demanding, high volume, high calibre tech environment, you will source & attract candidates through a range of channels including leveraging your own network, social media, networking websites, tech community groups & events.

Requirements

Things we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience recruiting for the permanent IT market.
  • Ability to naturally collaborate with stakeholders and make decisions based on business value.
  • You will be an active member within the tech community and have a solid reputation within the tech scene as a respected tech recruitment expert, who is credible, works with integrity and delivers exceptional standards of customer care.
  • You will have an in-depth understanding of effective sales and negotiation techniques, and be long term value driven in implementing and applying these.
  • You will naturally enjoy working to tight deadlines, within a fast paced, delivery focused environment.
  • You will have a tendency to think outside of the box and adopt a ‘can-do’ approach to problem solving.
  • You will work collaboratively in establishing and driving the company’s employee value proposition and be committed to developing inclusive attraction strategies.
  • Proven experience working within an in-house recruitment team would be preferred.
  • Proven experience managing PSL agencies and recording performance is desirable.

Some of the attributes we're looking for: Full ownership of day to day delivery tasks supporting Sprint / Kanban boards : Develop and own the delivery / Epic roadmap and path to live plans for the project / programme Excellent communication skills in order to build solid relationships with our clients whilst diplomatically challenging the ‘why’ to ensure value and minimise waste : Reporting team progress against plan, highlighting variance and determining appropriate actions to mitigate : Capturing risks and issues and managing dependencies across the project / programme : Create an environment of continuous learning through holding retrospectives and highlighting problems and single points of failure and working out what to do collaboratively : Shaping ways of working through agile best practice and coaching the team to ensure focus on business priorities and time to market.
