Technology is a cornerstone for Yorkshire Housing’s ambitions to become the most innovative housing organisation in the country. We now need a Systems Development Team Leader to plan and deliver the software solutions we need to achieve our long term aims.
Collaborating with colleagues from across the business using agile methodologies you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and having a scrum master approach. Motivating, leading and coaching a team of developers in delivery of projects.

What will I be doing?
As the Systems Development Team Leader, you will engage with key stakeholders in the business. Working on key project’s to develop our digital offering for the business and customers. Developing our Office 365 and SharePoint environments, considering new innovative solutions to enable our digital agenda. Key responsibilities include:

In return we offer £48,619 for a 35-hour week, 25 days annual leave (raising annually to 30 days) plus Bank Holidays.

This is a permanent, full time (35 hours per week) role is based at Dysons Chambers, Leeds, however due to Covid and other factors it is anticipated the work will be undertaken predominantly on a remote basis from home, with minimal travelling into Leeds on an ad-hoc basis.
