We have an exciting position to fill in as a Senior Analyst. This new role has a wide remit around supporting the analytics team with project delivery and R&D. This includes undertaking data analytics using tools such R, developing algorithms, Python, SQL and geospatial work using GIS, all under the supervision of the Head of Analytics. This role will include working with clients to deliver project requirements. The position will offer prospects to grow within the organisation and is a rare opportunity to use and develop both transport planning and data analytics skills.

Expected knowledge:

• Previous role in the field of transport planning and / or analytics

• Understanding of programming using tools such as R, Python and SQL

• Working with clients on project delivery

Profile:

• Degree advantageous in a technically associated field

• Previous experience with programming languages and willing to learn new languages

• Flexible and willing to learn

• Team player

• Good reporting and presentation skills
