This is a really varied role, where research plays a key role across the agency in understanding our client’s customers. We have clients across a wide range of sectors and execute a wide range of user research methods (user testing, depth interviews, persona development etc.), where research solutions are designed to meet objectives.
Being a fully integrated digital agency, you’ll have the opportunity to follow research projects right through to delivery and results, to see the impact research has made.
You’ll work closely with, and be able to learn from, a number of different teams from marketing and production to produce research to power strategies and solutions to help our clients and their customers.

Essential: Experience of developing a team and facilitating the development of your team’s knowledge and skills across SEO and aspects of digital marketing : Proven track record pitching and able to interpret a client brief to create and pitch a response to achieve their objectives : Good at building strong relationships with fellow team members and clients : Good mentoring skills, able to mentor more junior members of the team across a variety of tasks to improve their knowledge
