Responsibilities

  • Providing first level customer support for all T3 products via an email-based ticketing system, including
  • Triage of incoming tickets
  • Determining whether the customer has provided sufficient information for the problem to be investigated, and requesting additional data if necessary
  • Reproducing problems locally
  • Providing the development team with all relevant information if an issue is deemed to be a bug
  • Providing customers with status updates
  • Remote product support via Webex / teams when appropriate
  • Generation of product licences

Must have skills

  • Be able to follow strict internal processes with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Have previous experience in a client-facing role (preferably support) (Desirable but not essential)
  • Have a logical and detailed approach to problem solving.
  • Have a strong technical mindset with an interest in software.
  • Be a fast learner with the ability to absorb new information quickly.
  • Have strong inter-personal skills, able to communicate with a diverse range of customers with varying levels of technical understanding.

Extra credit

  • Prior experience in application support using web-based applications
  • Be educated to university level Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
  • Have a financial services background or experience (using ISO8583 standard)
  • Have a basic understanding of ITIL (Service Management module).
  • Have working knowledge or experience in the use of:
