Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Co-ordinator/Assistant Project Manager

Job Purpose
To co-ordinate all elements of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects in order to deliver all customer
requirements, exceed customer expectations and ensure an excellent customer experience by
consistently ensuring results are achieved on deadline. This is an office-based administration role
that can be delivered flexibly by negotiation dependent on business needs. Previous project
management experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Key responsibilities
• To act as a point of contact for the customer in order to communicate project status
• Co-ordinate project management activities, resources and information
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project scope and objectives
• Ensure the provision of excellent customer service
• Monitor project progress and proactively support the Project Manager to identify potential
problems, analysing risks and opportunities to support appropriate solutions
• Use CRM and other project tools to assist the Project Manager to plan resources, working
hours, task allocation etc
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Ensure that quality standards and requirements are consistently achieved through the
adherence to process and procedure
• Support the Operations Director and Managing Director with research and any other
projects as directed and as required
• Comply with all Health and Safety requirements
Person Specification
• Previous senior administration/project management experience
• Ability to prepare and interpret project documentation
• Excellent organisational skills including the ability to multi-task
• A desire to help others and ability to build long-term mutually beneficial customer
• Confident with Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to communicate at all levels with strong written and verbal communication skills
including a good telephone manner
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
• Self-motivated with an ability to work on own initiative
• Problem solving skills and the ability to think creatively about problems
• Punctual with great time management and an ability to meet deadlines
• An understanding of risk and quality management
