Marketing and Digital Fundraising Executive

  • We’re looking for someone with an experience and interest in all things digital fundraising to help develop our charity’s online fundraising profile.The role will involve:Work across our marketing and fundraising teams to support and drive forward digital fundraising opportunities
    Play a lead role in the development and delivery of virtual fundraising events and challenges – through our online fundraising platform
    Help grow our Facebook fundraising presence by testing new ideas and concepts
    Work with our supporter care team to provide excellent customer service to fundraisers
    Support the wider team with direct marketing fundraising asks
    Adopt a test and learn approach to all activity to optimise resultsAbout youYou will be motivated by new opportunities to engage supporters digitally and will be comfortable driving forward your own ideas and working across multiple teams and workstreams.

    You will be motivated by the digital fundraising environment, always looking to test new approaches to benefit the charity and improve your own skills.

    You will have the following skills and experience:

    A comprehensive understanding of the workings of virtual events and challenges
    A digital high performer – with experience working with content management systems, email and social media platforms
    Experience and understanding of key digital marketing disciplines
    Excellent copywriting skills
    Experience leading or contributing to cross team projects
    Dedication to providing excellent customer service
