The role
We are currently looking to appoint a Technology Engineer to join our IT & Change Team!
Based at our Horsforth Office, this role involves supporting and developing Tenet’s IT
Infrastructure and Security whilst providing 3 rd Line Support.

What you’ll be getting up to 

 Monitoring IT infrastructure to identify, optimise and resolve any availability or
performance related issues
 Maintaining and developing existing IT infrastructure, in-line with business needs
 Ensuring any changes made to the IT infrastructure are logged, authorised and
managed in-line with agreed governance, to minimise impact on availability and
 Performing root cause analysis of 3rd line support issues
 Performing security patching of systems and applications where required
 Ensuring any Information Security best practice, policies and guidelines are followed
across the IT infrastructure
 Liaising with and manage 3rd party support issues
 Identifying, investigating and recommending new technologies and develop existing
technologies in line with business benefits
 Contributing to the long term Infrastructure road map
 Producing and maintaining technical documentation
 Providing training to IT Support staff as required

Must have skills and experience
 Microsoft Enterprise/Server technologies
 SAN and Virtualisation technologies
 Firewall and Networking technologies
 Enterprise Security, DLP and Encryption technologies
 Microsoft SQL Server technologies
 Knowledge of MCSE level in major Microsoft Enterprise/Server technologies
 Experience in a similar role providing IT Infrastructure, Security and Support

Extra Credit
