Our Insurance Audit practice is market leading with an extensive portfolio of flagship clients across all areas of the market – Life, Non-Life, London Markets and Broking. Our team of 350 experts deliver audit services to our clients from offices across the UK. This provides our staff with a varied experience and great opportunities to learn and develop.
Joining Insurance Audit will give you the opportunity to work on both large and smaller audits. There is a broad range of client roles to align to your interest or give you a new challenge. CA / ACA / ACCA/ICAS qualified (or international equivalent) or Part Qualified and working towards your full CA/ACA/ACCA/ICAS (or equivalent) qualification Or equivalent work experience in Audit (international candidates who technically qualify in their home country by experience)
Demonstrable experience as a technology Business Change Manager on large scale transformation programmes, underpinned by technology, in one or more industries for Tier 1 clients Experience of delivering Change within a large-scale SAP ECC or SAP S/4 Hana implementation is desirable Experienced of delivering change in programmes that are multi-site / regional / global A proven track record in helping global brands transform their organisations. Previous experience from a top consulting firm is a must! Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
Requirements for this post include: Performed a Workstream Lead role, Cutover Manager or Test Manager role across multiple S/4 Hana engagements. Have strong knowledge of SAP Activate/ASAP Methodology & SAP Solution Manager Experienced in ‘Agile’ Delivery methods Led teams of between 2-5 people Previous experience from a top consulting firm Strong stakeholder management and relationship building
