We are looking to expand our team by recruiting a talented, ambitious and experienced .NET developer with demonstrable recent commercial experience. You will work alongside team members in the development of new and existing applications. Liaising closely with customers and internal stakeholders you’ll collaborate on a wide variety of interesting projects using Visual Studio and build on well-established data platforms.

The role is based at our head office in Otley, just north of Leeds so would particularly suit candidates living north of the city who no longer want the long daily commute into the city centre.

Required: Excellent verbal and written customer communication skills A fast learner with a natural passion for IT and technology Minimum of 3 years’ work experience within a helpdesk/support role Ability to troubleshoot bugs/issues and know when to escalate them to the development team Able to put the customer at ease and deal sensitively and diplomatically with issues or complaints Experience using issue tracking software Experience providing Technical Support using operating systems such as Windows 8 & Windows 10 Ability to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction to the agreed business levels at all times A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office An understanding of basic networking concepts Ability to prioritise support issues and work in a high-pressure environment
