About DMW Engineering
DMW helps organisations solve their biggest, most exciting engineering problems. We’ve created banks from scratch on Kubernetes and AWS, built streaming analytics solutions that protect the country and built platforms to enable whole organisations to move to AWS and Azure, and everything in between. We offer two locations for this: Leeds or Manchester. Both locations are based right in the heart of the city centre next to Leeds station and Manchester Piccadilly. The offices are relaxed, modern coworking spaces with plenty of private and shared areas.

Some of the essential requirements for this post: Worked in a technology consultancy, in delivery and account management roles. You therefore understand the nature of both technical and business change and have the ability to contribute ideas on how this can be addressed during the sales process. : Demonstrable experience of originating and closing new logo client sales work. Candidates should have a track record of managing and developing significant client accounts. : Delivered complex technology programmes and projects with multi-million-pound budgets and significant team sizes. : An extensive personal network in one or more of the following sectors: Utilities, Oil & Gas, Retail, Travel, Consumer Package Goods, Central Government, Defence and Security. This network should include senior IT, C-level and potential clients that have substantial IT spend. : Superb verbal and written communication skills. You’re as compelling on paper as you are in person. : Experience of working in and navigating highly complex, political and matrix environments.
The essentials: Demonstrable experience in automating operations tasks with one or more scripting languages : Experience creating and/or maintaining production software delivery pipelines using common CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GoCD, CircleCI) : Experience working with one of the main cloud providers (AWS, Azure or Google) : Have a drive for self-improvement and learning, including learning new programming languages : Approach solving problems pragmatically.
