Data Assurance Manager

As our LOC (Limit of Construction) Data Assurance Manager, you’ll be responsible for effectively driving internal governance and process to optimise properties available for service on the CityFibre Network.

You’ll be leading the LOC Assurance team, driving the effective management and strategic use of all LOC and MDU (Multi-Dwelling Units) data sets, ensuring their integration into multiple systems and work streams. The LOC Assurance Manager will be creating intelligent analysis from various information sources to support CityFibre Build Programmes and the reduction of all FTTH LOC.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing all LOC codes in build programmes, establishing and assisting the governance process in line with build programmes for every city in the region
  • Ensuring that correct LOC codes are applied with meaningful detail as required
  • Ensuring LOC Data availability and integrity through governance of data and storage
  • Reviewing and quality assuring MDU LOC deliverables, indicating continuous improvement requirements
  • Coordinating data from varying teams to update and reduce our national LOC figure


Due to the nature of this role, it’s essential that you have proven experience within data or business intelligence/analysis, with the ability to review, report and visualise data using CRM systems. You’ll also need:

  • Stakeholder engagement and management in a commercial environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in data analysis across multiple sources
  • Familiarity with business analysis and process modelling

Awareness of data modelling methodologies, SQL knowledge and experience using data visualisation tools such as PowerBI would be a bonus!
