We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial, high achieving and high potential individuals to take our SAP and Finance Consulting practice to the next level. Currently we are looking for a SAP S4/HANA Business Change Manager at a Manager Level, to join the team.

To be successful you will have

  • Demonstrable experience as a technology Business Change Manager on large scale transformation programmes, underpinned by technology, in one or more industries for Tier 1 clients
  • Experience of delivering Change within a large-scale SAP ECC or SAP S/4 Hana implementation is desirable
  • Experienced of delivering change in programmes that are multi-site / regional / global
  • A proven track record in helping global brands transform their organisations.
  • Previous experience from a top consulting firm is a must!
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills

You will be responsible for

  • Working within Change Management team to ensure the programmes and projects meet their objectives, increase employee adoption and usage of the systems and technology focusing on the people side of change.
  • Demonstrating a structured change management approach integrated with agile project management involving high collaboration and diverse (technical and non-technical) stakeholders
  • Developing and managing tailored program plans for deployment and change to drive adoption and minimize resistance across our clients
  • Managing the transition of change to the business, building change networks, internal capabilities and support models.
  • Ensuring the interests of the Sponsors are met by the project and programme, building and managing Business Benefits Realization Programmes.

The requirements for this post: The Technology Delivery lead will have a proven track record in helping global brands transform their organisations, taking a lead role for overall delivery of the solution. Furthermore, the ideal delivery lead will: Demonstrate working to the best industry standards and ensure that the delivery of the solutions are pragmatic, timely and aligned to the Clients business objectives and security requirements; Have 10+ years’ hands on experience as a technical delivery lead, with a track record of delivering complex projects including emerging technology and cloud components, in one or more industries for Tier 1 clients; In possession of knowledge of emerging technology and to implement this in a large scale environment.
