Women in Leeds Digital is back, and 2020 promises to be bigger and better than ever! The afternoon kick’s off with an intro from our very own Tom Riordan, followed by an exciting Key Note (watch this space).
We will have a series of panels discussing how more diverse groups can get into tech, the importance of those returning to the workforce, we will look at the city’s inclusive growth strategy, hear from senior leaders and role models of all levels.
There will be a series of workshops running throughout the afternoon, as well as exhibitors from a range of Leeds based networking groups, University committees, and some exciting examples of cutting edge touching tech!
And you are ALL WELCOME. The conversation around increasing diverse groups into digital roles is a big one, and requires representation from all genders, socio-economic groups, BAME, LGBTQ+, those with disabilities, we want everyone to have a voice on our cities future.
