Digital Transformation is hard, with many moving parts. Dot-to-dot is simple. What if you could take the most straightforward elements of the Dot-to-Dot and make connections in the same intuitive way to deliver measured and lasting business outcomes from your transformation?
In this interactive session we will be exploring how complex business or programmes can be simplified to enable teams to literally get on the same page of understanding to deal more effectively with the challenges and opportunities that arise. You will get the opportunity to experience how effective collaboration can be achieved through the application of an intuitive framework, Big Picture.
Putting people first you will become a part of the experience of engaging you, your team and the business in re-framing the challenges you face in a way that everyone ‘gets’.
We do this by providing you and your team with the means to represent key elements of the business through the use of a small number of dots, and a relevant place to put them; each representing different parts of the business. Together this frames the business context; a simplified and holistic view of the business.
In doing so you will become comfortable joining your own dots gaining a deep understanding for you and your team. Imagine the types of conversations you can have channeling the teams energy into creating opportunities for the example you have brought along.
It helps if you share our People-first, Values-based approach and are willing to act on the ideas from those around you. Our minds are wonderful self-organising, pattern-recognition systems that are able to achieve great things when presented with a reasonable framework in which to develop our thoughts. Better joined up thinking and doing equals better value outcomes!
Your facilitators, Martin Johnson creator @YourBigPic, and Craig Jones-Stanley, Business Architect & Transformation Specialist are looking forward to meeting you and equipping you to improve your transformation journey and experience.
It’s a great opportunity for you, ideally with your team, to create the space and time to explore the issues facing most organisations, and the ways in which the business can be developed, using Big Picture.
You will be offered a couple of options to use as a resource in the session to make the best use of time.
We’re really looking forward to seeing you!
