Blended Agile Delivery (BAD) brings together the best of all agile methodologies to help you answer the
above questions in a pragmatic way.
In our BAD Fundamentals 1 day workshop, we will look at how you align your ideas to your organisation’s strategy, prove the concept of your best idea and then plan the delivery. Join us as we explore tools and techniques from our online BAD toolkit in a relaxed, but purposeful workshop. You will leave with a working knowledge of our VMOST, Discovery and Inception tools, ready to disrupt the status quo and to start increasing your own and your organisation’s value.
This course if for anyone who operates upstream of delivery in an agile environment. Whether you have an interest in Agile strategy, concept ideation and discovery, or kicking off Agile projects, this workshop will resonate with you.
Past participants have included established Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Heads of Delivery, BA Managers, PMO and Project Managers who work with Agile teams and wish to brush up on their skills, as well as those who have just moved into new roles and want to get up to speed rapidly to implement real change.
Over the course of the day we’ll take an example industry and focus on how an organisation within that industry aligns and prioritises ideas to ensure the best return on investment.
We then follow one of the ideas through the pipeline to understand the tools to let us rapidly validate the idea and then how delivery teams can minimise risk and kick the delivery off effectively.
How many people will be on the course?
All our fundamentals courses are capped at a maximum of 12 people. As the workshop is very interactive, on the day we aim for a ratio of 1 trainer for every 5 / 6 delegates. That way we can ensure that everyone leaves with a great understanding of the fundamentals of Agile Business and Product management.
Is lunch included?
Yes… and Breakfast! We’ll also make sure we include options for any Vegetarians out there. The general consensus from previous participants is that the food and refreshments was brilliant.
If you have any additional dietary requirements let us know when you purchase you’re ticket and we’ll try our best to accommodate you on the day.
Is there an exam at the end?
No… The day is a fundamentals workshop so we concentrate on ensuring you get experience in understanding and practical application of the tools and techniques. We’d much rather you spend the day exploring how you could implement aspects of the toolkit it in your organisation, rather than prepping you to pass an exam.
